This is a 12-month faculty position responsible for designing and implementing academic support programs for both the 1L class and international students in the L.L.M. program who intend to take a bar exam. The Academic Success Faculty develops and manages initiatives to enhance student learning, retention, and bar passage rates. This position works with faculty, administration, and students to integrate academic success strategies into the law school curriculum and ensure students are well-prepared for the challenges of legal education and licensure.

Who We Are

We are an engaged, diverse, and inclusive community of students, faculty, staff, and alumni who help one another succeed. Our selective admissions process keeps our student body small, enabling our faculty, staff, alumni, and community to invest deeply in each student's success, while preserving space for innovative faculty research. Be-cause we take our responsibility to educate and train future lawyers very seriously, our curriculum, research centers, and experiential learning opportunities are designed to prepare students for success in today's changing legal environment.
